地點極佳，出入要用保安key ，晚上出入更安心，今次入住位於高層，景色非常好，室內舒適，光線充足，front desk工作人員非常有善、專業，可提早我們入住時間免除等候影響之後行程。

Just one block to the beach. Great ocean and city view. Reception service hour is very short and please check with her the service hour to secure your smooth check in. Otherwise, you may need to contact her call center and collect the key in safe.

A modern apartment with great location
The apartment was very neat and tidy, with household facilities provided, like oven, washing machine and drying machine. However, it could be improved by providing a bit more of cooking necessities, like a cutting board, oil, salt, pepper and dish washing liquid. Overall, it was a great place stay. I will recommend this hotel to other people.

1. 在晚上開了所有燈後, 房間仍很暗, 打算晚上在屋內煮食的不建議 2. 梳化十分不舒服, 坐後完全是塌陷; 3. 床單有破損 4. 浴室內只有固定式花灑, 有小朋友的要留意是否合適 5. CHECKOUT時必須自行清潔房間, 否則會收取額外服務費 6. 附近沒有便利店及享受早餐的地方, 必須走大約10分鐘

Photos is very different to the actual apartment!!
The apartment room inside is very old, many places have to repair, cleanliness is very poor, have a lot to improve. The staff attitude is not so friendly, but the location is perfect, lobby and public area maintenance are keeping in good shape. I don't suggest to stay here!!

Comfort, Convenience, Clean
The apartment is big enough for 2 people to stay. It make me feel relax and comfortable. All utensils and equipments are clean and useful for easy cooking. The enviroment is quiet for living. There are only 15mins to reach the Surfer Paradise and also many choices of eats and buy. I will choose this apartment when I visit next time.
