Walk out the door and straight to the sand . Or chill out , and gaze out to the Pacific Ocean from either of the 2 comfortable lounges at the front of the house.
Great Cafe , Thai restaurant ,Pizza shop and bottle shop a minutes walk around the corner .Talebudgerra SLSC and patrolled beach is 5 minutes walk to the North or Pacfic SLSC and patrolled beach is 5 minutes walk to the South .Three major shopping centres within a 5 minute drive. Gold Coast airport only 15 minutes drive . Burleigh Heads National Park and James street shopping strip only 5 minutes drive . Or walk to Burleigh National Park along the beautiful coastal walk and cycle way in 10 minutes.Great known surf beach breaks straight out in front and you can see the artificial reef breaking just a minutes walk to the South .Once you get here you’ll be able to park the car and throw away the keys as everything is right here . There’s some amazing restaurants in Palm Beach central which is 15 minutes walk or get a free courtesy bus to any clubs or pubs straight to and from your holiday house.
