Welcome to our beautiful beachfront home. This stunning apartment offers a truly unforgettable coastal experience, where you can relax, unwind, and create lasting memories. Enjoy being in the best possible place for events on the beach such as Seafire taking place in June, or NYE both fireworks display happening right in front of the unit over the ocean. And we are now blessed to host the world renowed Air show on the Gold Coast in August each year, planes do their acrobatic stunts right in front of the unit! It is absolutely mind blowing experience to witness!


The living room is a cozy retreat, filled with natural light and offering breathtaking ocean views. Sink into the comfortable sofas, watch your favorite shows on the large smart TV, or simply take in the sights and sounds of the beach through the fully sliding windows.

When it's time to rest, retreat to one of the three well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed and two single pull-out trundles, while Bedroom 2 offers a luxurious king size bed. Bedroom 3 provides a double bed, and additional sleeping arrangements can be made using the sofa bed in the living room area.

The apartment boasts two stylish bathrooms, including one with laundry facilities, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay.

Slide open the windows, where you can transform the living space into your own private balcony. Relax on the swing chair, gather with loved ones in the cozy chairs, and immerse yourself in the breathtaking ocean views, sounds, and smells. Keep an eye out for whales during the whale season from June to October.

The first bedroom boasts a king size bed and two single pull-out trundles, perfect for families traveling with children. The second bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, while the third bedroom has a cozy double bed.

For additional guests, the living room area offers a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two people, although note that there are no curtains in the lounge area, so it's recommended to bring an eye mask for those who sleep on the sofa bed.

Step out of the unit through the private gate at the back and take just a few steps to feel the sand between your toes at the patrolled beach.

We kindly ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. Parties are not allowed on the premises.

Although the building and lift may be old, the unit itself has been completely renovated to a high standard. Please note that you will need to walk down a few steps from the lift to access the unit.

For added security, there is a camera located at the entrance door of the unit.
The sofa bed in the lounge area can accommodate 2 people but has no curtains, so early morning sunlight may shine through. Please keep in mind that the sofa bed may not be as comfortable as a regular bed if you are booking for 9 or 10 people.
