We stayed 5 nights in one bad room , the room is clean and comfortable with great ocean view, we all loved the kitchen and balcony very much, we enjoyed cooking in the apartment and BBQ by the swimming pool, it needs about 8 mins walk to the supermarket and restaurant but just a mins walk from beach. The staff Jenny is beautiful, nice and helpful, she answered our question fast and fluently. highly recommend this appartment to the others who love sunshine and the beach.

Great value for money especially when comparing similar options. Our balcony overlooked the beach which was perfect for morning coffee or sunset at the end of the day. About 15/20min walk down to Burleigh pavilion and town center, we preferred this as it felt like we were out of the hustle and bustle. Rooms were not fancy but had everything you would need.

These are privately owned apartments. Each suite is only managed by the on-site Management team. We booked a 2 bedroom ocean view and were assigned a 9th floor room. The view is excellent from this floor. This suite is in need of renovation. The carpets are stained all over the suite to the point that there is a grey border along the baseboards. This carpet is loose from age. The sofa is dirty and broken. There is no air conditioning in the living room/kitchen/office area. We asked to be moved and were reassigned to the 4th floor. That suite had been previously updated. The carpets were cleaner and newer as was the furniture. In both suites, the kitchens are original and are in need of renovation. The cabinets were beginning to falling apart in the most frequently used areas. The upper dishwasher rack in the 2nd suite was broken and inoperable. Both suites as well as the hallways etc need to be cleaned. The walls, doors and high touch surfaces are dirty. The staff are very friendly and when we politely asked for a different suite they were helpful.

Slight hiccup with payment but check in was easy, access was easy as I'm in a wheelchair at the moment, shower was hard to navigate but the view made everything worth while. We stayed for our wedding weekend with numerous wedding guests.

My family have previously stayed in a three bedroom apt at this property and enjoyed the location which is why we booked a return stay. However the apartment we were allocated this time was on a lower floor (7) and TBH it was not very clean. There was a strong smell of cooking fat and the kitchen including all the cutlery and crockery felt sticky. It appeared that the apartment had not had anything more than a surface clean for quite a while and there were cobwebs and dust around all the furniture and fittings. There was also SIGNIFICANT noise throughout the night from the construction works on the GC tram track. Only one of the lifts in the building worked which resulted in considerable delays entering and exiting the building - this was our experience on both trips. When the lift did eventually arrive on the ground floor it required a lot of workarounds to get it to respond to keyed directions. From chatting with full time residents of the property this is an enduring issue. Loved the location and the layout of the apartment but would not book again.

A great base for a stay in Burleigh. Walk outside, cross the road to the beach. Apartment was spacious with fantastic amenities for a young family. A little tired in the apartment… could do with a paint and decor refresh… but otherwise very good.
