Amazing views, poorly stocked for later check-in 4 guests staying and 3 coffee sachets, 3 tea sachets and 4 single milk servings. No pool towels provided and weren’t advised to bring our own, we had to use our shower towels for the pool. No extra linen provided. Can’t contact anyone over the weekend, so if you need anything , or have a question, no one is available. It’s strictly stated NOT TO CONTACT THE HOTEL if you require anything. Deposit was processed and have to wait for refund. Was contacted about not dropping off keys and had to send a photo of the keys that were left on the counter as per instructions. Would not stay again as I felt somewhat led to believe that we were staying at the Hilton, not privately owned apartments that had no affiliation with the Hilton
