Summary: Gold Coast Luxury Resorts invite you to experience our huge, 247 square meter, 4 bedroom sub-penthouse apartment on level 60 at Q1 resort. This apartment features four generous sized bedrooms, three bathrooms + powder room, a fully equipped kitchen, enclosed balcony and views for days.
This apartment fills quickly so if you find it available we urge you to book it so you don’t miss out.
BEDDING: Master Bedroom: 1x King Bedroom 2: 1x King (or 2x Singles on request) Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Bedroom 4: 1x Queen - please note this bedroom is sectioned off by a frosted glass door, curtains are not provided in this fourth bedroom.
Rates based on up to 8 guests (Max 10 guests) 2 x additional guests accommodated on rollaway beds.
CAR PARKING: Private secure car parking is available for an additional $10 per night. Please note that there are limited spaces available, we recommend reserving a space in advance to avoid missing out.

AMENITIES On arrival our guests will receive an essentials starter pack to get you settled in. These items are not replenished during your stay. We can provide extras for a small fee. This pack will include: Bed linen for each bed 1 x bath towels for each guest. 1 x hand towel & 1 x bath mat for each bathroom. 1 x tea, coffee, sugar sachet for each guest. 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet. 1 x body wash & 1 x shampoo/conditioner per person. 4 x sachets of dish detergent, dishwasher powder, and laundry detergent. 1 x dish cloth & scourer.
GCLR do not supply food items like Salt, Pepper, Oil, Condiments etc.
Pool towels are not included, and cannot be accessed from the pool area in the resort. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be purchased from GCLR at $15 per towel, or 4 for $50.
The entire apartment is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.
Guest Access: This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts.
[CHECK IN] From 3:00pm On the day of arrival, key collection will take place at our office located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Check in is usually from 3pm, however if the property is ready earlier one of our staff will let you know via SMS.
If you are arriving outside of office hours, you will be sent late arrival information with instructions on how to access your keys via our night safe. This is also located at the front of our office.
Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. Same-day bookings will need to complete this by 4pm. This includes providing photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit, and signing our lease agreement. If you would like a copy of this lease agreement before confirming your reservation please feel free to send us an enquiry.
The security deposit is a $2000 pre-authorisation on the day of arrival. Please note that we can only accept Visa or Mastercard, and this card must be in the same name as the booking. The security deposit will be released 7 days after departure as long as there are no damages or extra charges incurred.
CHECK OUT By 10:00am Upon departure, it would be greatly appreciated if you are able to return your keys to our office or via the key return drop box located at Shop 17 / 24 Queensland Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218. Alternatively you are welcome to leave the keys inside the apartment. Please note that most resorts require keys to exit the car park first, please remove your car and then return the keys to the apartment.
We simply require you to remove all rubbish from the property, wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher. Please remove all personal belongings and leave both sets of guest keys on the kitchen bench.
[CHRISTMAS DAY] Gold Coast Luxury Resorts is closed on Christmas Day, therefore we are unable to accept reservations that require a check-in on the 25th of December.
Getting Around: This apartment is an easy walk to everything you need in Surfers Paradise however if you want to explore further afield the light rail station is right out front!

Interaction with Guests: As a Real Estate Agency we are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and 11:30am-3:30pm on the weekends. We also provide guests with an after hours emergency contact number just in case!
