Well located room in a clean and nice building. Easy to walk everywhere and has a nice view . But it does not include parking / pool / gym / and check in process is a bit complex as it’s not part of the hotel.

Our booking was last minute and we needed somewhere to stay, our original accommodation had fallen through. The location was great, central to everything in Surfers, the bonus was ocean views and the very short walk to the beach and tram. The property itself was below average - features of the room were broken or on its way out, a reading light that had broken off had a screw loosely placed in the hole, the room safe was locked and beeping in the middle of the night, and the air conditioner made a massive bang every time it was turning back on. The room had an nespresso machine, a kettle, a microwave, some plates, cutlery, and mugs and glasses. It was really bare minimum. The floor/carpet was a bit dirty with stains and please don't look under the bed.

Room was filthy and had broken items, it did not resemble the pictures. We tried to address the issue with the owners, but it has not been resolved. Do not book this room!!!

Full of cockroaches, grime and dirt. If I could have found somewhere else to stay we would've left, place is disgusting.

The property was dirty and very run down. I had to clean it before hand. I asked to cancel my booking and asked for a full refund after seeing the room. The property manager who I spoke to was no help.

The air conditioning was broken so it kept pumping hot air into the room making it unbelievably hot and stuffy or if I pushed the button it would make it freezing cold. It was absolutely terrible. Do not rent from these people. It was a real hassle getting into the room as well.

This property & the organisation of it was terrible. Sat nav takes you to focus apartments and we had a conversation with a lady that couldn’t understand us resulting in a 1.5hr check in process. This property isn’t called serain residences on view it’s called mantra hotel. Very dirty room. I pulled a huge clump of hair out of my daughter’s bed and there were cockroaches. AVOID

チェックインメールが当日のチェックイン時間になっても届かず、エクスペディアのバーチャルエージェントに連絡してもらい1時間後にチェックインできました。 リネン等は綺麗に清掃してありましたが、ゴキブリの赤ちゃんがたくさん歩いていました。 1番気になった点は滞在中に突然エアコンの修理が始まった点です。 何も連絡がなかったため困惑しました。 コミュニケーション不足の点を除けば悪くは無いですが、もう一度ここを選ぶことはないと思います。
