Before we have the pleasure of welcoming you to Paradise, let us highlight some of the main things you might like to know about the apartment. But if there’s anything that we don’t mention, please feel free to message us and we’ll seek to get back to you as soon as we can.



We try to provide all of the essentials we think you might need to treat the apartment like your own home. You’ll be able to cook your dinner, have free access to Netflix to unwind with a film and shower before bed with the confidence that you don’t need to rush back out for anything.

Our check-in hour is at 3 pm and our check-out hour is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability.



Street parking all around the property along the beach, including overnight.



There are several parking lots nearby, with Cypress Gardens Carpark being one of the most affordable options. For more choices, visit Parkopedia to find a spot that suits you best.



Your key pickup location and details will be provided before your arrival. But it’s easily accessible and close by, at My Local Store - 22 View Avenue, which is 3 mins walk away.



The Neighborhood:

The Seabreeze is conveniently located in the heart of Surfers Paradise and only steps away from whatever activities you desire:

• Opposite the road: Surfers Paradise Beach

• 1 min walk: Cypress Avenue Tram Station

• 4 min walk: Circle of Cavill Mall (Woolworths and more shops)

• 5 min walk: Orchid Avenue (all your bars and nightclubs)

• 6 min walk: Paradise Center and main part of Surfers - More shopping and eating options!

• 10 min walk: Q1 Sky point

• 8 min drive: Pacific Fair, Convention Centre, The Star Casino

• 10 min drive: Sea World, Main Beach, Fishermen's Co-op, Tedder Avenue

• 12 min drive: China Town for Asian Cuisines

• 30 min drive: Movie World, Dream World, Top Golf, Wet n' Wild - theme parks

• 35 min drive: Gold Coast Airport

• 1 hour drive: Brisbane City



Getting Around:

Parking: Paid parking is available next to the Key Pick up point at 18 View Avenue - Care Park - Piazza on the Boulevard Car Park. Overnight parking is only $19 a night if you book online at the Care Park site.



From airport:

Ocean Surfers Paradise is also only a 35 minutes drive from the airport and around $55 to catch an uber here.



You can choose to the no.777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station. Then transit to the G:link Tram Station, from there exit the tram at the Cypress Avenue Station, then walk over to Ocean Surfers Paradise for about 1 mins.
