CP值太低
高級酒店價格但是背包客棧服務。住宿是自助形式公寓，地理位置，環境及房間設施是很滿意，可惜住宿6晚都不提供1次清潔房間服務，叫每天要外出的遊客負責晚上回房後做清潔打掃的工作，如此待客之道實需改善。收費條款跟網上訂房時列出的不同，亦是有問題地方，要注意。

這酒店提供半自助服務，房間大，有睡房，大廳，陽台，洗衣間和開放式厨房。不提供每天打掃執房，有服務式公寓風格。有微形健身房和小泳池，餐廳等設施。惟獨房內WiFi 上網尚未完善，我入住房間還要用預設票據才可用，但職員並不主動提供，票據預設值用完，還得再問前檯再取用。此酒店不設管事部，前檯也不是全天候服務，深夜的服務是非常有限。

這次是我住過最好的住宿。我們被安排到最高樓層，景觀最好的客房，可同時望見海景及內河景觀，環境十分清幽。房內設備齊全，有洗衣，乾衣機，還附有獨立包裝的洗衣粉。厨房方面，所有基本要用的設備都有，連厨紙，洗潔精也附有。睡房方面，床鋪也很舒適，床是屬彈弓床褥，稍微偏軟，但睡醒也不會背痛呢！唯一比較遜色的是浴室，我訂的是雙浴室那種房型，但兩個浴室的水壓不足，洗澡時也須用上一定時間啊！在服務方面也是令人很滿意，雖然職員不多，但每位都耐心解答問題及查詢。我在check out 當天早上向他們提出late check out 一小時，他們也很爽快答應並馬上在電腦更改。並且在我check out的那天仍然可停泊車輛在他們處，使我們旅程更舒適。

雖然離Surfers Paradise鬧區只需約5分鐘走路路程，但是環境並不吵雜，生活機能也很完善，加上櫃臺服務人員態度十分親切，是個值得造訪的好飯店。

Stayed for 7 nights, hotel was in a perfect location, close to the tram line, Caville Ave, beach. The room was amazing on the 14th floor with a beautiful ocean view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

We were disappointed in aspects of our stay. We had an overzealous membership sales woman trying to sell us hard like an Amway rep. To the point of us being pestered. The pool was filthy. Cloudy, slimy, milky. We booked this place largely for the pool. There were filthy used dinner plates the past guest put inthe cupboard without washing them. We let the staff know all this and no one seems overly concerned and didn’t offer anything to offset our dismay. The room we had was nice and clean and well appointed which was nice
