"National park was a few minutes away from west portion. Just on other side of mountain range. Was a great location quiet yet close enough to get food and gas. Backyard is better than the pictures if staying in tuscon again will book here hard to beat this one"

"Such a pretty house! Lots of space and great bedrooms and master bathroom! Shower and get ready while looking at saguaros! Outdoor area was the star of the property!! We spent the entire evening at the pool, dinner outside then more pool! Pool heater worked perfectly and lots of pool floats. Perfect star gazing in the front of the property. "

"This condo was a perfect "base camp" for our family's Tucson Adventure! Melanie, our host, reached out via email and text to make sure that check-in went smoothly. It is a short walk to the golf course clubhouse where we ate a great meal the first night. It was less than a 30 minute scenic drive to both of the Saguaro National Parks (East & West). Easy access to Downtown for groceries, restaurants and shopping. We took advantage of the Starr Pass Resort Pool our last day. The condo and the entire Starr Pass property was clean, safe and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again on a future trip."

"The pool was dirty and freezing cold even though the “host” demanded 1000 from us in advance to have it heated (and at his insistence we paid that directly to him). The homes exterior as visible from the road on photographs and view are both good and as advertised by VRBO. BUt, the inside is both dirty and poorly maintained. The utility closet for example was filthy and had black mold from leaking pipes growing on the wall. The thermostats on the wall are held in place with medical tape. The closet in the laundry was full of old cleaning containers and 3 (yes 3), clearly well used toilet plungers… I could go on and on but you get the idea…if you need. Information. We have photographs. The host himself was hostile and belligerent right from the beginning and sufficiently threatening to make my wife feel very uncomfortable. We had our visiting 55 year old son and wife stay overnight because we felt so uncomfortable (we are both 80). When we told the “host” about the homes condition he got very angry and threatened to evict us immediately, which he did the next morning. Apparently with VRBO knowledge and consent because has our son and wife spend the night without paying him an extra 409 in cash in advance. He said that violated “house rules”. We called VRBO’s customer support line and got what sounded like an Indian guy in a very busy overseas call center who didn’t know what black mold was or for that matter dirty toilet plungers, and was no help at all. "

"Our location was spectacular with bunnies in the cactus and coyotes howling at night. The sunsets did not disappoint. If we had stayed longer the laundry room would have been great. "

"We loved this VRBO!! After a day of sightseeing, it was always so nice to return to this dreamy home away from home. It sits in the hills in a quiet, safe “neighborhood” of beautiful desert homes, acres apart, overlooking Tucson and the mountains beyond. Private and serene, but close to everything. I could rave on about the responsive host, the amazing setting, and how comfortable, clean, and adorable the house is. But truly my recommendation is that you can book this one without hesitation. Maybe pick up some wild bird seed on your way …the Gambel’s quails are waiting to greet you at the back door. "
