This top floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo provides modern spacious accommodations for up to 6 guests. Enjoy mountain and river views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom.

Please note: the A/C is central and controlled by a building management system. This means it cannot be adjusted in the condo. While the system is maintained at 19 degrees C, the condo has large windows and may heat up depending on hours of sunshine, particularly on the warmest of summer days. We recommend using the fans provided and keeping window coverings and windows closed while the sun is above the mountains. Opening windows in the evening and overnight can assist with overnight cooling.

The whole space (with the exception of 2 small locked cupboards) is available to you through out your stay.

I do not live in the condo building, but live in Golden and am available as you need.

We have a locked storage at the back of our allocated parking space (#404) . Please feel free to utilize this during your stay for your sports equipment - you will find the key in the suite. Please return the key to the suite on check out. There is a $250 fee for lost keys.
No smoking/vaping on balcony.
No outside shoes to be worn inside property.
No sports equipment in the unit.
