Close to beach, regular private shuffle to the beach. Within the hotel, the staff were friendly and the hotel itself was clean. The room we stayed in faced towards the sea, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Extremely comfortable hotel

golden sands is amazing city and quite busy place with so many hotels , yes the Hotel is not see front but trust me you going to enjoy the walk every day going to beach ... its about 10 minuets and you will see all people walk down to the beach. the hotel is very clean and the food was very testy and above all open bar . swimming pool is quite big and many people do swimming pool in he morning and beach in the after noon. nice crowd from all over Europe and the staff are extremely help full

Nice stay

Was a great time and relaxing holiday at this hotel. Very nice room with sea view and tasty food. The beach is a bit far away from the hotel but a shuttle bus is provided.

All-inclusive, good for families, excellent food

This is a nice family-friendly hotel with an excellent all-inclusive experience (meaning you get not just the meals but also the drinks at the bar for free). The swimming pool is mid-sized, not as large as official photos make it seem but enough to enjoy yourself. Next to the pool are a small kids pool and a basic, but very convenient playground for the kids. We stayed for 3 nights mid-week and enjoyed our stay a lot; would have definitely enjoyed staying for more and plan to visit again in the future. The rooms are well-sized and have good air conditioning, excellent water pressure and hot water. Free wifi. The good: - The food is great. Lunches/dinners have excellent variety of meat/fish, breakfasts offer lots of choice in eggs and sausage, all the other stuff you'd expect and some nice surprises. All the food was tasty. The hours are convenient too (7:30-10am, 12-2pm, 6-9pm). We weren't tempted to dine out. - The local water park, Aquapolis, is a 10 minute walk away. Worth a visit, if you're coming with kids plan to spend 4 hours or more. The bad: - By local standards it's far from the sea. Actually if you're not spoiled, it's OK - a 10 minute walk, but you descend a lot and go up a lot when coming back. - Wifi quality. Often couldn't connect or was too slow to use. I used mobile data most of the time and would be really pissed off without it. - Our room wasn't well insulated from the nightly party in the yard. By 11pm it's quiet but 9-10:30pm the music was loud.

Sauberes und nettes Hotel

Das Hotel erfüllte die Erwartungen. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind sauber, ruhig und die Angestellten freundlich. Essen und Getränke entspechen All Inclusive. Zum Strand gibt es ein Shuttle, da dieser am anderen Ende vom Goldstrand liegt.

It was Delightful

It was beautiful! The hotel was nice, the staff was nice and the food was nice. It was close by to everything you could possibly need from a holiday; close by there were shops, clubs, resturants, bars and everything else you could think of. My only complaint is that the internet was not stabile, it kept falling out and being very slow, it was ok tho, I didnt go to Bulgaria to sit on my computer.
