「It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. 「We had an great stay at this beautiful cottage near Corcovado National Park! The location is stunning, and the adventure begins with the 4x4 road—it’s part of the experience and well worth it. The house is clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.Joel was a fantastic host, even going out of his way to pick up a few items for us from Puerto Jiménez—so appreciated! 「I loved the serenity. Villa Bonita is private, clean, and has everything you need for a stay on the Osa Peninsula. I was there specifically for birding, and a short drive trook my guide and me to the best hotspots for finding endemic very special Costa Rica species. Great beaches and chocolate tours nearby too. The host commmunicated well by WhatsApp and the neighbors made themselves available for any kind of help. The bed was very comfortable. Thew kitchen has everything I could have needed....

「It really is hard to put into words how amazing this place is. You truly are right in the middle of the best that the Osa’s nature has to offer. Michael is a great host and welcomed us when we got there. He gave us the run through of how everything worked and helped with any issues that came up. From resetting the WiFi, to helping us get to an early morning fishing tour by moving a downed power line in the middle of the road so we could get by with our vehicle.
