Villa with large garden and pool with stunning sea views of the Tavolara.
Tastefully decorated in a Sardinian style, the house is situated on a hill with spectacular views of the bay of Golfo Aranci.
The heart of the house is the veranda with outdoor kitchen - the sliding glass facade offers the possibility to create a spacious living room. The large garden and the pool with stunning views of the sea, make the perfect base for relaxing hours out in the nature.
The house consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms.
An ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in nature and in close proximity to the beach.
The villa is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, pots and crockery.

Soggiorno splendido. Villa bella, piscina stupenda e vista su Golfo Aranci strepitosa. Unico vero neo è che la casa principale ha 4 posti letto mentre gli ulteriori 4 posti sono posizionati in un appartamento al di sotto di essa completamente indipendente e più simile ad una cantina. Forse nella descrizione andrebbe specificato meglio... Tenete conto che il costo della casa (in agosto almeno) è assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto al valore della medesima. Si strapaga la posizione ed il periodo ma la Sardegna è così...

Traumhaus

Das Haus liegt wunderschön im Golfo Aranci in Sardinien. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und man erholt sich auf höchstem Level. Das Haus bietet alles und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie hat alles für einen guten Aufenthalt gemacht. Sehr vorbildlich und von uns geschätzt! Das Haus können wir nur empfehlen und jeder darf sich glücklich schätzen, dort Gast sein zu dürfen. Bei der Vermieterin bedanken wir uns ganz herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt welcher wir geniessen durften. Claudio F.

Siamo stati qui per tutto il mese di Agosto con la nostra bimba di 2 anni ed e' stato tutto perfetto! La casa gode di una vista fantastica (anche meglio che nelle foto!) Il giardino ben curato e la piscina veniva pulita due volte alla settimana: perfetto! La casa e' bella, gode della giusta privacy e tranquillita' ma allo stesso tempo si trova a 5 minuti dal mare! Comodissima! In generale siamo stati benissimo!

Belle maison avec piscine et magnifique vue

La villa est très belle et bien agencée. La véranda avec cuisine extérieure et table à manger est très bien avec vue sur la mer. Il y fait un peu chaud le matin, mais avec des courants d'air c'est acceptable. Un grill à gaz est à disposition et nous en avons bien profité. La terrasse est très bien avec un joli jardin. La piscine est juste magnifique avec une vue dégagée sur le golf d'Aranci. L'accès aux chambres du sous-sol se fait par une porte séparée. La lumière arrive pas des sauts de loup qui donnent sur des petites terrasses en dessous du niveau du sol, sans vue. Gigi, le concierge, est très sympathique, avenant et recommande des activités et des restaurants dans la région. Il n'est pas toujours facile à comprendre si on ne parle pas un peu l'italien. Le premier dimanche nous avons pu profiter du calme de la région. Dès lundi cela a changé. A l'arrière de la villa, plusieurs maisons sont en construction, ce qui a généré passablement de nuisances pour le reste de notre séjour. Nous avons tout de même passé une bonne semaine et recommandons cet endroit, une fois les constructions terminées.

Séjour inoubliable ...

La Villa Madré est très bien située à 20 min de l’aéroport, à quelques minutes de magnifiques plages , un supermarché à proximité. Elle est très bien équipée rien ne manque. La piscine est superbe avec une vue splendide ... levez-vous un matin à 6h pour y voir le soleil se lever c’est magique !!! Gigi nous a merveilleusement accueilli, il était aux petits soins pour nous , encore merci pour tout Gigi !!! Allez faire un saut au restaurant chez Giovanni situé en bas de la résidence, les plats et les pizzas sont excellents et le patron ainsi que le personnel sont très accueillants. Des vacances parfaites ...

Wonderful Stay

The house and view were beautiful! Gigi was kind, responsive and thorough in answering all of our questions. The owners greeted us with cheese and bread which was a great, welcoming touch. The house had everything we needed and everything was in working condition. The 2 bedrooms in the basement had a separate entrance to the house and cannot be accessed from the main part of the house which is nice for people who want more privacy if you’re traveling with a separate couple or family but not ideal for putting children down there unattended. The downstairs bedrooms also don’t get any of the views but there is a washing machine downstairs which came in handy. Overall, I would stay here again. Even longer next time!

Villa with astonishing panoramic view

Very nice villa with a superb pool area, well equipped kitchen and an astonishing panoramic view. Furthermore, the host and hostess were very accommodating in responding to our inquiries. The caretaker of the villa is also very helpful, and the place is in a nice newly built neighborhood. Only a 20 min drive to the airport in Olbia, and 5 min from the lovely spiaggia bianca (beach). Only minor comment is that the dining area gets very hot in the morning. All in all a very pleasant stay at Villa Madre which we highly recommend.

Pfingsturlaub 8.-19. Juni 2019 auf Sardinien

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gut gelegenes Haus. Sehr nette Vermieter, perfekter Kontakt und "Gigi" als Ansprechpartner vor Ort mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zu Essen, Ausflüge etc. ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Strandurlaub und Ausflüge rund um Olbia/Golfo Aranci. Das Haus ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der große Garten mit großem Pool und herrlichem Blick über die Bucht von Golfo Aranci ist wunderschön. Wir (4 Erw. und 4 Kinder) haben uns 11 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Alles in allem rundum perfekt. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
