Situated in a quiet location, right in the heart of a working farm (raising roosters), surrounded by vineyards, this spacious, light-filled cottage with a mansard roof is fully air-conditioned and located on the first floor of the owner’s home. Children will enjoy collecting eggs in the pen, accompanied by the owner. Lovely covered terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Private parking on the property and a carport in the garden. The rate includes a cleaning fee (for long-term stays, a mid-stay cleaning service may be offered for an additional fee). Bed linens and towels are available as an option. First floor (access via an outdoor staircase with about 20 steps): Living room with TV area, a large dining table, and a bar area.
