"We stayed for 5 nights at Fraser Suites GZ, on the 10th floor, the location is great, directly linked to Onelink Mall, & also walking distance to many other malls like Grandview Mall, TeeMall, Parc Central, VT101, Taikoo Hui etc. There is a small drop off so it is easy to pick up & drop off when calling Didi. We did not get to take the train, but if needed, the station exit is also just few steps from the entrance of this hotel. Level 7 lounge has coffee machine so u can have a coffee daily. Deluxe King room was huge, decent unblocked view, aircon could be well-controlled per our needs. The hotel is not new but everything was in good condition & extremely clean. We had a super good stay and comfortable. Shower had good pressure & bathroom was also big. Special mention to the friendly & helpful staff, Jackson who assisted in my courier items & ensure everything is smooth, & also Jacky who helped us order Meituan as our app was not working. Both of them provided great service & made our stay convenient & awesome. The only downside of this location is that we were facing the side of the road where there is always congestion & cars / motors honk at each other throughout the day and we can hear it from our room. It wakes us up everyday at 9am+. It is really unfortunate, though it has nothing to do with Fraser Suites."

"Most staff spoke little or no English. If you don't speak Chinese, its difficult to communicate. Lobby floor toilet was very dirty and not cleaned regularly after high traffic in the morning after breakfast. Till past midday no one cleaned and I had to speak to the front office staff to look into it"

"• The hotel’s one claim to fame is staying over 100 floors up and that view is indeed impressive. My first time with a 5 digit room number, the first 3 being the floor! The lift took a minute flat to reach the 95th floor lobby, and the smoothness was just as impressive • The design of the room was pretty nice, but sadly I can’t say much about the design of the rest of the hotel. The lobby, entry sequence etc was disappointing, which is inexcusable at this level of hotel. • Attention to detail was lacking, and again inexcusable at this level of hotel e.g., no soft closing for all the sliding doors in the room - they just slammed loudly when slid shut. No nuanced control of lighting to suit mood in the evening/night. Room key card panel in lift was so low, I had to bend far down to tap my key card. • Staff gave us wrong opening hours for the cafe."
