「The hotel was clean and conveniently located. But, the real stand out was the staff. Especially Lorena. She helped me get to the airport on time when j had a tricky situation with the taxi. The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. Other reception staff (whose names I didn't catch), both at checkin and checkout were equally friendly and helpful 」

「The hotel is just in the corner of Santiago de Compostela Cathedral. Very convenient for everything. Walkable, taxis in the corner if you need them. Hotel is very clean, room has enough space for two. Restaurant are all around, near to Old Town. The hotel doesn’t have staff or front desk, everything is by on line, they send a code to open the hall door, stair and you reach your room. We had a little trouble with the code, a guest help us to understand to push the sign of check 」

「Very comfortable and clean beautiful room, lovely breakfast, big porch. 10 minute walk to town or the grocery straight downhill - which means uphill on the way back. We loved our stay :-)」

「雖標榜是SPA Hotel但似乎已成為長途貨車駕駛的中繼休息站。飯店有點老舊但基本上是清潔的，員工態度有禮，餐廳食物意外的好吃。提供的早餐選擇不多，但走完一天的聖雅各之路後，還是一個可以好好休息的地方。」
