“Location was amazing and it was not only less pricey than the JWM nearby, but quieter, less crowded and more peaceful than any mega-resort as well! Wide brick crosswalk with push button signal was directly in front of our building. Then a 5 to 10-minute walk down shaded brick-paved path led to gorgeous Marco Island Beach public beach. Walked across wide flat stretch of white sand beach to the water using the included cart for the new-looking beach chairs provided. Access is public but doesn’t……

“This 1 bedroom was a great stay. It is very close to the beach and restaurants. It is close to a busy street and can be noisy, but the ease of parking, pool, beach, balcony and stores outweighs the traffic noise. The apartment was spotless and well as the whole property. ”

“We just spent a week there ( 4/26-5/3 ! What an amazing unit! My expectations are always high in a new place and this did not disappoint! The view is amazing as soon as you walk in and you get an amazing sunrise everyday , and an added plus is the dolphins are there too !! The amenities are fantastic from the fully equipped kitchen to beach gear ! Big shout out to Alex the host who always promptly responds! Our only regret is that we didn’t book it longer but we took care of that and booked……

“Our stay was excellent. Both the condo, pool and the property grounds are beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Exactly as pictured in the listing. Beautiful sunrise views each morning. Within walking distance to a few restaurants some with live music and only a few minutes driving to the beach. The neighborhood was great for morning walks. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We hope to return in the future. Thank you. ”

“LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I stayed with my 15 yo daughter for a 5 night girls trip over April break and we loved the proximity to beach and third street. The pool was great too and plenty of privacy. The condo is a really nice, quiet condo setup and well cared for. Parking and access to the unit is so easy. One thing to know is that the smaller bedroom has a door that opens to the outside. I didn't feel great about my daughter being in this room so she got the much nicer primary suite since……

“We absolutely loved this condo. The location is excellent, close to beach and all of the shops and restaurants on 3rd and 5th street, everything is walkable in the neighborhood. The condo is very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for the beach. The kitchen also has everything you need to make lunches for the beach, coolers included! Or a nice cozy dinner in one night. We would love to stay again and recommend 10/10. Thank you, Judy, for an absolutely lovely and peaceful……
