Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, main with ensuite and queen size bed. Second bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom includes two x two single bunk-beds. There are also two baby cots available if needed.

The main open plan living area has a large kitchen with ample bench-space for cooking, a dining table that seats 6 - 8 (plus 2 highchairs if needed) and a TV area. The second living area is another place for kids to play or for adults to relax while the kids watch TV.
Polished concrete floors provide a low-maintenance beach feel.

House includes air-conditioning, WIFI internet, a DVD player, Apple TV, board games, a washing machine, a BBQ and an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs under the side verandah.

House is dog friendly (dogs are allowed inside), with enclosed backyard.

Goolwa Beach is 600m away, including the famous Bombora Café.

Beach access for vehicles is a 90 second drive from the house.

Goolwa's Nature Playground on the lake is a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive and golfers will love having the Goolwa golf course right on their doorstep.

With the Cockle Train, Hindmarsh Island, Port Elliot, Middleton and Victor Harbor all a short drive away, you will never be short of fun activities for the whole family.

Woolworths and Foodland shopping centre, including bottle-shop and chemist is around the corner on Beach Road.
