“The hotel is new. Rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Quiet surroundings enable a good night’s sleep. Staff are very helpful in check-in and check-out. ”

“This place is advertised as a family friendly hotel. We were multiple families using the pool, and were told by staff the kids need to stop shouting and screaming. If you want to advertise the place as family friendly, you must take into consideration that kids can be loud especially when having a lot of fun. The pool is attached to the spa, which I can understand needs to be quiet, but this is not ideal for families. There is not much to eat on site other than the expensive restaurant and……

“Nous avons quitté la chambre et l’hôtel dès notre arrivée car mon conjoint a débuté des allergies en arrivant dans la chambre. Aussi, ça sentait l’humidité et le personnel nous a dit que les tapis était « dégueulasse ». Ça veut tout dire…on nous a remboursé la chambre. Très bon service.”

“We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.”

“Staff were excellent and the room was very nice; super clean. Unfortunately the hot tub was basically a warm pool with no jets working, but the sauna was nice. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very watery, and the sausage was extremely salty. Waffle maker is a plus, and the juice was fresh. Lots of yogurt and fruit, and a wide selection of tea and coffee.”
