"While the staff were friendly and helpful, the key thing “hot water” didn’t work in the shower or vanity. The water was slightly off being cold. There were no shower caps supplied. When I asked for milk for tea & coffee they supplied it."

"The hotel is very new. However the materials look very cheap. The room had a bad small of cheaply produced products. Beforehand it was said that there is breakfast or lunch boxes available. This was not the case. No washing maschine was in the room."
