“Inviting property (enough space in the flat, close to the pool, in the middle of the area with afternoon sun, good internet connection), garage space was to challenging to use - very difficult to park there - we didn't use it :-( some interoir was damaged (lamp, light switch kitchen). Very good handling of our key loss problem. It was quite easy and quickly solved. We would have been happier if the secret service would have spoken English to make the conversation about our problem easier. ”

CheckIn leider wo ganz anders als das Apartment, die Verständigung gestaltete sich schwierig. erst wurde nicht der richtige Schlüsselkasten gefunden, weil es mehrere mit der selben Nummer gibt, dann passte der Schlüssel nicht am Ende kam eine genervte Mitarbeiterin die auf Polnisch erklärte es ging mit der Karte. Sie konnte leider nicht mal englisch. Der wachmitarbeiter erklärte es mit……

“Gutes Apartment und modern eingerichtet. Wenn man etwas genauer hinschaut ist es einfach nicht sauber. Die Schlafcouch für die Kinder war total durchgelegen und eine sehr schmutzige Matratze. Glascontainer direkt neben dem Apartment ab 7 Uhr werden täglich Flaschen eingeworfen. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist daher nur bedingt möglich. Die Umgebung ist aber schön und das Bett für uns war auch alles okay. ”
