「The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel staff also contacted me by sending a reminder 48 hours ago before I check in.」

「Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. 「

「friendly staff great location - walking distance to beach and shops easy secure parking」
