“We loved this charming house on the river! We attended a family reunion in the area and it was a wonderful location and so lovely to be near the running river and take a dip in the refreshing water. My only recommendation would be to add in the initial listing that there is a caretaker on property. That isn't listed on the listing and I didn't know about it until the check in instructions came. It’s on a private street with almost no traffic, and it’s mostly very quiet.There are several steps to get down to the private dock, so keep in mind that you will have to go back up the stairs. It’s worth it! The lake is pristine!We loved sitting on the front porch, watching the hummingbirds at the feeder.
