“I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. The hotel's convenient location, excellent service, and serene ambiance made for a memorable stay. However, I did come across a minor issue with mould near the shower area, which slightly dampened my experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to……

“Had standard room and facilities as described, clean, couple of minor issues with condition of bathroom, but everything working. Staff welcoming and helpful, food at breakfast and dinner good. Outside of hotel needs refresh, but has nice postion by waterside.”

I kinda felt they didn't make an effort asking a colleague or finding out to andwer my questions instead of just saying "I don't know" Got my simple request wrong 3 times which was a shame. In the end I didn't insist anymore as I felt will just add to my stress.”
