Hej,Tack för din respons om din vistelse!Att badrumet inte var helt rent ska inte föregå vilket kommer tas vidare och just nu är vi i övergång med ett nytt bokningssystem vilket gör att det kan ta några minuter extra vid incheckning. Kvitto ska alla våra gäster få vid förfrågan. Då tredjehandsparten inte vill ge ut mejladress kring våra gäster får du gärna höra av dig med rätt. Enkelt hotell meget sentralt beliggende. Vi hadde et fint opphold, men rommet (to senger og to nedslagbare senger) var veldig lite. Minnet mest om en kabin på danskebåten. Knapt plass til bagasjen til fire stykker og ikke plass til en stol på rommet. Heldigvis en hyggelig lobby man kunne sitte i. Det som trakk mest ned var at kun tidlig frokost var tilgjengelig når vi sjekket inn. Dvs man måtte booke slot for frokost og det var kun ledig 830 da vi sjekket inn på ettermiddagen. Det er for tidlig når man reiser på helgetur med tenåringer. Det satte en demper på morgenene når man må vekke så tidlig i helga eller hoppe over frokost. Burde heller være at man booker tid når man bestiller hotell og ikke første man som sjekker inn.

Hi,Thank you for the feedback!Yes, our rooms are on a bit smaller size due to our koncept that the guest should only sleep and eat breakfast to be able to further explore the rest of the time. The breakfast times are for the guests as well as the staff, we have seen that it makes it less stressful and the staff can focus on quality of the service as well as the food. Toppenläge mitt i stan för en familj som oss. Bra frukost och trevlig service. Miljön på hotellet och rummen kanske inget vi hoppade högt över. Rummet var mindre än vi trott. Men funkade för vårt syfte och vi är ändå nöjda med vår vistelse.
