The keys were not in the box and the reception was closed when we arrived, but a helpful ground staff let us in. - The wifi was really poor - the nice lady at the reception gave us another code but it made no difference. We tried several browsers and even stood next to the router but it was simply too weak to load a newspaper. - The beds were not made - it was the first time for us in France.」
