This 3200 sq. foot home has 5 comfy bedrooms, 2 spacious living areas, 2 cozy fireplaces, hot tub, pool table, loft, 3 full bathrooms, one with large jetted tub. One 3 person canoe and 2 person kayak provided at the home for guest use
Located on Big Bass Lake, community amenities include an indoor and an outdoor pool, gym, beach area, playground and access to the rec center.

I have property managers and a handy man in available in case a need arises during your stay.
LOCATION
We are located right on the lake, in the gated community at Big Bass Lake.
VERY IMPORTANT!!
Big Bass Community Association allows up to 12 guests only!! This includes adults, children and day guests. Infants and toddlers age 3 and under are not added in the count, and you do not have to register them. There are stiff fines if you show up to the gate with an un-registered guest.

Area attractions include. Kalahari Waterpark & Mount Airy Casino. Skiing, hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, shopping at the Tannersville outlets, restaurants, festivals, horseback riding, golf, spas, lakes and rivers, picnicking, rafting and more!!!!!

ACCESS
All guests will pre-register with the community and present ID at the gate for initial entry. A lockbox code will be provided to obtain the keys at the house, once the rental agreement is signed.

A car is necessary. Uber and Taxi's available from this location. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street.

DEC HOLIDAYS
The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 26th) MUST be checked out by December 29th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made.

Beach Area
Swimming, volley ball, playground, dock and boat rentals. Life guard on duty.

Indoor Pool
The Big Bass Lake Recreation Center houses the indoor pool along with a dry sauna, pool table, lounge, locker rooms and Fitness Center.
Sledding Hill
Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to the snow-tubing/sledding hills.

HANDICAP ACCESS
The ground floor is accessible to the elderly and handicap. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a recreation room with a 50” flat screen TV and reclining sofas. There is also a full bath with a shower and tub. However, the kitchen and dining area is located up 1 flight of steps.

SECURITY CAMERA
There is a front door camera on the premises to monitor who comes and goes for security purposes. We do not wish to be invasive at all during your stay.
WOODS/BUG DISCLAIMER
We do our utmost to control insects. However we are in the woods so insects might still get into the home despite our efforts, so this should be expected.
