「This place is perfect for exploring beaches and also having a pool. Located in the middle of the island its convenient to go either North or South. Jethro is hands down the best home owner we have ever rented from. Immediate response in person if needed. Even though right on Banks Rd the privacy is perfect! 「This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location on a fantastic natural island. The house sleeps 8 very comfortably and provides every modern convenience. 「We enjoyed our 10-day stay. The sweet house was everything we expected—Clean, well designed and organized, and close to Governor’s Harbor as well as points north and south. The weather was hotter than we expected, but AC worked well. I especially enjoyed daily “workouts in the small and very clean pool. Jethro, who lives nearby, was particularly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend.」

「I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). 「Well located on the center of the island, 8 min walk to a quiet beach. Super clean apartment, friendly owner. We appreciated the beach chairs we could take along with us. The only disappointment is that we thought from the listing the large balcony facing the ocean would be private and adjacent to our unit, but it is the owner's balcony which we could access. 「We had a bit of a rocky journey getting there. Unrelated to our stay purely weather related. That said once we arrived, everything was perfect. It was a beautiful beach house right on the ocean. The weather was perfect. We loved Eleuthera and the host was wonderful. 「We spent 9 days and had a great time. The home is centrally located just about 7-8 minutes North of Governor's Harbor. We enjoy exploring different beaches and we were able to hit all the best beaches anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes from the house. 「The location of this little cottage could not have been more perfect. We checked out several other beaches on the island and honestly felt like this was the best! 「House is very nice - also quite remote feeling but not far from restaurants and Governor’s Harbor. The beach is beautiful! Tenielle was a wonderful host! The only thing that could use repair is the long driveway. However, it is like many driveways on Eleuthera so I think you just have to expect it (but don’t be surprised as it’s quite a bumpy road).」
