"We upgraded as we were looking forward to a arelaving treat for me and my partner. The upgrade was supposedly their best room which was full of cobwebs in the lounge area the bedroom and the bathroom and their dust everywhere and even worse inside the wardrobe it was thick with dust unableto put clothes in their . The furniture was falling apart and pieces missing off bits of furniture also. After I booked i was told breakfast last call was 10.30 am . We turned up at 9.45 to be told breakfast had stopped at 9.30 so we had to leave early and go buy breakfast at a local cafe. Extremely disappointed with this stay honestly I wouldn't recommend it to anyone the facilities are ok but the rooms are terrible. Im going to get a refund as im upset with the service , cleanliness of the room and booking bed and breakfast to not be able to have breakfast as it was stopped at 9.30. Really disappointed better service hotels for the same money do not recommend."

"Lovely pub and hotel. Staff wonderful. Comfortable beds, clean room. Breakfast was tasty. Barrier controlled safe car parking. Takes about 15-20 mins to drive into central Cardiff."

"I stayed at Radisson Hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were polite and genuinely tried to help whenever needed. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety and quality. However, the property itself feels quite old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was especially disappointing—there was no hand shower, the exhaust was not working, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. Overall cleanliness and room maintenance were below expectations. While the room had good space, the amenities felt outdated, and the suite itself looked very basic. Considering the price, it did not feel worth the money."

"We wanted a place to stay near our friend wjom we were visiting and this was the closest we could find. But I will never come back to this hotel. The room was very small, ac with hot air , tried to open windows and sleep but the traffic noise was a lot. Bed was not comfortable pillows were really bad - developed backache and neck ache after the stay. We wanted a room just to sleep after roaming around but didn’t get any sleep. The price we payed is too much for such poor amenities - rather should have gone for a cheaper hostel- it felt like that. "

"It’s a nice small inn for staying a couple of nights. The room must be recently renovated with a nice bathroom. The only surprise was that I booked with breakfast but the hotel only provided a simple breakfast ; coffee and toast. Otherwise you need to pay extra. I wish they stayed more information on their booking information regarding the breakfast options. To me it’s a little bit too cheap for them to operate their business in this way."
