Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel.

This hotel is not in Myeongdong which I liked. It is about 1km walk away from busy shopping area but very close to public transport and has many eating options nearby. LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG
The room was very dated and felt run down. The lighting was very dark. Was not worth the price and was overpriced for the state of the hotel
