"This hotel deserves 10/10 rate for the excellent service, location, price, views, breakfast, cleanliness, and above all the staff. What makes this hotel great is the staff especially mentioned Frankie. I took the ferry from Malta to Gozo and I arrived late straight from the airport. I failed to message Frankie about my expected arrival. Frankie waited for me patiently and this was almost 11pm. The reception is not 24 hours. He waited for me and greeted me with a smile, helped me with my luggage, took me to my room (top floor penthouse) and left after checking me in. The next day he greeted me with a huge smile and gave me some suggestions on how to get around by bus. He is very knowledgeable. He is very attentive and he is quick to respond to your inquiries. He helped me with dinner reservation and camino day trip, assisted me with bolt for transport and food delivery, and willingly drove me to the harbour (not once but twice) because bolt seemed to be difficult or in demand. On my departure, he drove me to the harbour, handed me breakfast takeaway packed neatly, and wished me bon voyage. He exceeds guest's expectations. I see how he treats every guest with the same respect and kindness. He is definitely an asset why the rating is consistently high.
