「The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia.」

「Absolutely the best hotel we’ve stayed in here in Cyprus. Both loved here in Cyprus for 5 years but from amazing hospitality, a friendly check in, great breakfast service, to a fantastic room. We absolutely loved it. The only minor bit of feedback I’d give, is for breakfast team members to ensure guests know what is included in a ‘free’ breakfast, and what isn’t. As this was confusing for us. The rest absolutely 10\10! Well done! Highly recommend. 」

「the hotel is in a small town and you need a car to get around, renting a car in Cyprus is the only way to visit. the restaurant in the hotel is good and that makes up a bit on the boredom. the swimming pool is the only other activity beside the bar and restaurant. 」

「The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. The room was smaller and quite dated, but it had all the necessary infrastructure, including a fridge and even a small balcony. The room key needed to be returned every time when leaving the hotel, though the reception was open 24/7 and the staff was pleasant, so this did not lead to delays. 「we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. 」

「The apartments are generally cool. However, there were 3 strange facts. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. The second - the owner of the apartment offered us a lower price than we paid. We were scared again. Third, we didn’t find how to contact the homeway service itself to resolve questions and clarify information.」
