“very clean and tidy, the staffs in reception also very kind! My room was very quite in most of time, only when sometimes there were some truck outside, then it was a little bit loud. I have to say I sleep very well during my stay! But the only backward was the location is not very close to the city center, you have to transfer but compared with the price and environment, it was good enough. Also there is a supermarket nearby.”

“The hotel met an important locational need and is convenient for the Stadtpark (which is well worth visiting at any time of year but especially in the autumn) as well as a U-bahn station to get into the City Centre. The rooms are good, clean and tidy and the breakfasts are very good indeed, staff have always been friendly (I have stayed there a number of times now). Underground parking is worth paying for as there are little or no spaces on-street. The street itself is quiet.”

“We had very nice stay in Hotel zur alten Stadtmauer. Hotel people and breakfast are very good. And the bed is comfortable. Just one small thing. Our room is in the ground floor, and the bathroom is down in the basement. Though the bathroom is cute and functional, but the layout had few inconveniences for us, because it needed us to go down and up while we're in the room very naturally. But probably this type of layout is quite normal in Lubeck. Suggest the hotel owner could advise the guest in……

“Har været på mange hoteller, men morgenmaden på LIHO er noget af det bedste jeg har prøvet. Selvom det er et mindre hotel var der hele tiden fyldt om i buffeten. Skulle nogen gange vente på bacon. Lækkert og stort udvalg.”

Not the Paris type of cultural bomb but very historic solid and logical city with innovations in the details everywhere. ……

“Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Bahnhof ist top und in nur wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen kostengünstigen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und das schafft eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre! Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es sollte für jeden etwas vorhanden sein. Auch das hauseigene Restaurant Friedrichs Schnitzelbar ist zu empfehlen. Ein rundum gelungener……
