「Property was nice and mostly clean, abundance of towels and soap.
Frustration with the kitchen: the only large burner on the stove would not heat at HIGH level--water for noodles would not boil. Was able to get the pot to almost simmer using a small burner on HIGH.
A busy intersection right at the corner, but not too disturbing.
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to open windows.
No way to contact host when we got there, but we did not need to.」

「We stayed two nights in the middle of the week and it was wonderful! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We walked to and from town and enjoyed being on the outskirts of town where it was a little less busy. I would highly recommend the Winzig Lodge!」

「It was pretty nice. Coffee pot had issues which was a bummer because everyone in our party loves coffee! We did end up getting it to work but it was a pain the whole time. Definitely need to upgrade the kurigs! Also a mouse ran across the bathroom floor while I was in it. I know it’s a yurt so I don’t want to complain too much. But I really don’t mice! Haha. The stairs were steep getting up to the yurt also just fyi. But other than that it was a nice stay!」
