We had a great two night stay at the grand Astoria hotel. The staff were excellent parking our car and bringing all our luggage to the room while we went to the pool as we were early. The staff was over the top helpful at all times. It was in a great location to walk to the beach which the hotel looked after getting us our spot. All of the great restaurants and shops were right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

TERRIBLE,SHOCKING,OUTDATED,RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

1. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in many a hotel around the world I have been to. They refused a simple request to prepare a simple salad with ham, cheese and bread which I could give to my friend when she arrived later that evening (note - they have their own restaurant in the hotel so this was such a simple request, it’s unbelievable they refused) I was shocked and in disbelief the manager decided to call the police because I wanted to leave I was so disgusted and was willing to pay for the nights I had stayed but was not prepared to pay for the night I wanted to leave. 2. The manager is an ignorant person with zero customer service skills, and quite simply acted like a child in calling the police (all this with a smirk on his face) Only after I made him apologise to me for the poor disgusting service and for calling the police for a minor dispute, then I settled the bill in full (even though I would not be staying there) 3. The room are so outdated and old. Much better places to stay in Grado. I will never go back and never recommend this hotel. It’s quite disgusting how they acted. ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL***

Sehr gute Lage, Essen war gut, Personal sehr freundlich Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, aber ist auch bestimmt super. Das einzige Problem war dass wir bei der Ankunft nicht gleich in die Tiefgarage konnten weil diese voll besetzt war...

Das Hotel hat mit "Grand" nicht mehr viel zu tun. Am Anreisetag wurde der Pool um 17.00 Uhr geschlossen. Das Zimmer - gemäss Buchung mit eingeschränktem Meerblick und Balkon - war einfach nur auf der Strandseite des Hotels, das Meer war nirgends zu sehen, auch nicht eingeschränkt... Der Balkon war ein französischer Balkon, ohne die abgebildeten Stühle oder Tsche. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde nicht wirklich eingegangen. Im Zimmer gab es weder eine Kaffeemaschine noch eine gratis Wasserflasche. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut, die Garage mit 25 Euro zu teuer. Fazit: für die Hälfte des Preises wär's ok, so einfach nur Hochsaison-Abzocke.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und unsere geräumige Suite mit Meerblick bot eine schöne Aussicht, auch wenn das Hotel in zweiter Reihe liegt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend: reichhaltig, frisch und mit Kaffee vom Barista. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprach Deutsch, was die Kommunikation erleichterte. Das Hotel ist sehr hundefreundlich, auch wenn die Pauschale von 20 Euro pro Nacht für den Hund (nur Reinigung inklusive) relativ hoch ist. Die Salzwasser-Pools (Indoor und Dachterrasse) waren eine willkommene Abwechslung. Der Garagenservice erforderte die Abgabe des Fahrzeugschlüssels. Bei der Größe der Garage war dies verständlich, da die Angestellten die Autos "schlichten" mussten. Das schnelle Wegfahren war dadurch oft nicht möglich, da das Fahrzeug erst Minuten lang befreit werden musste. Obwohl unser Auto öfter bewegt wurde, gab es keine Beschädigungen, und das Fahrzeug wurde auf Wunsch vorab bereitgestellt. Ein negativer Punkt waren die extrem überteuerten Getränkepreise (z.B. 4 Euro für 0,2l Cola). Hier empfehlen wir den Spar in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz der hohen Getränkepreise und des besonderen Garagenservices können wir das Hotel aufgrund des freundlichen Personals, des exzellenten Frühstücks und der schönen Zimmer für einen entspannten Urlaub weiterempfehlen.

Man muss "alt-gediegene" Einrichtung mögen und es ist etwas düster. Aber die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Liegemöglichkeit ist nur super. Außerdem ist es super zentral und auch zum Busbahnhof sind es nur 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß - wir sind mit dem Bus nach Aquileia gefahren - viel praktischer als mit dem Auto.

Il meglio a Gradi

Ottimo hotel per posizione, camera, pulizia, sale comuni e livello del servizio. L’eccellenza è rappresentata dal bar al piano terra, arredato in modo veramente elegante, con bartender bravissimi, è un luogo dove ci si può rilassare.
Dopo il boreto gradese, ci vuole un porto.
