Nice family hotel win Grachen with mountain views!

Great size rooms since it seems they have family rooms only (so you can stay 3-4 people to a room since each room has a couch that pulls out into an extra bed), a really nice spa, good service, amazing views of the mountains from all the rooms which is nice to go to bed/wake up to. The breakfast was ok, and the spa closed earlier than it said on their website (sometimes it closes at 9.30pm), but overall a very nice experience. Also the rooms have carpet floors which I'm not a fan of personally, and no sink in the toilet (since it's a family room the sink is outside, inside the bathroom is a toilet and a shower), but these were minor things for me.

Zwar nur 1 Nacht da, aber vollstens zufrieden. Sauber, tolles urchiges Ambiente, sehr delikates Essen, Frühstücks Buffet super und zu guter letzt einen sehr sehr netten überaus freundliches Personal. Ein Familien Betrieb die sich um die Gäste kümmern. Das Hotel ist zu 100% zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder😉

Wir sind zum vierten mal in Grächen. Schöner können Ferien nicht sein. Tolles Wandergebiet. Super Gastfreundschaft. Hotel Desirée ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nettes Personal, alles sauber und super Lage.

Ein familiengeführtes Hotel das unbedingt zu empfehlen ist. Die Gastfreundschaft ist unschlagbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross (Doppelzimmer). Die Wellness-Anlage ist klein aber schön, persönlich und sauber (Dampfbad, Sauna, Solarium). Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist perfekt (mitten im Dorf nur ein paar Minuten von der Gondelbahn entfernt). Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Outstanding quality and service

We loved this hotel! Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable and had amazing views. They were extremely clean and well maintained and had special touches like tea/coffee . The owner and staff were very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and so helpful. They cared for our every need so well, like we were family. There breakfast buffet was amazing and the dinners in their restaurant top notch. I cannot find enough words to express how much we loved this hotel and enjoyed our stay there. It was also close walking distance to the bus, hikes, stores, restaurants and activities for children such as a playground and miniature golf.
