We absolutely loved this hotel! The reception, dining and bedroom areas were gorgeous. We loved the lounge and also the wine bar in the evenings! It had a great vibe and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was really good too! Highly recommend staying here. It’s so close to everything!

The basic rooms are super small. The lighting in the room was horrible. The bathroom was rather nice, with heated floors. The breakfast was wonderful, great selection, fresh food, and very nice servers.

Gripsholm Castle is a castle in Mariefred, Södermanland, Sweden. It is located by lake Mälaren in south central Sweden, in the municipality of Strängnäs, about 60 km west of Stockholm.
