Appreciated the helpful front desk woman, price, vinyl floors, empty mini frig ready to use, use of kettle, shower, BBC. Slept very little due to how warm the room was. I asked the staff how to bring down the temperature & set the thermostat to do that. But it remained too warm to sleep which is the primary purpose of booking a room rather than staying in the airport all nite for a morning flight. The bathroom door opens out into the small hallway which is a nuisance. The Expedia post is confusing relative to airport shuttle. It's free from airport to hotel, 6 EU back to airport. There are no decaffeinated options for their coffee & tea in lobby.

The location was good, but overall we were disappointed with our stay. We were initially told babysitting services were available, but after arrival we were told otherwise and only after repeated complaints was one babysitter arranged. Housekeeping was below expectations, with towels and linens not being changed properly and the room not cleaned well. Customer service did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel, and our complaints were not adequately addressed.
