The staff was great even before arrival. There was a transit strike the day of our arrival and I was notified by one of the staff members via message in regard to that and they offered to book us a taxi from the airport to the hotel. That worked out perfectly! They were all very helpful with any questions we had and sight seeing suggestions too. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Amsterdam!

The only negative feedback was the bed was too soft which caused backache.

"Excellent friendly staff. Great location for an overnight stay. The room I booked was great for me - big double bed- but the room lacks privacy for more than 1 - but maybe thats just me as a generational thing :) Overall great location for a short stay in Amsterdam."
