As a frequent customer to BW I can honestly share this is the worst I've stayed at. Everything....disgusting. including breakfast. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This hotel was very outdated. Rust in the bathtub. Mold around the edges of the bathtub and bugs in the bathroom. Breakfast was less than desirable.

The room smelled musty when checking in. Water pressure terrible. Pillows horrible. Then to top it off, bed bugs and roach on bathroom. Definitely not worth the price.

For the price I paid for a room for two nights I was disappointed. Shower tub was rusted pretty bad and the rim caulk was badly molded. One of the lights in the bathroom was out. A trim piece on the toilet bolt was broken off. Rouches were crawling on the cabinet by the coffee maker. Reported light and roach issue to the desk clerk she was Veronica and said a maintenance man would go to the room to correct. When we came back the light bulb had been replaced but with a bulb of different color. Complimentary fruit in lobby was old and mostly inedible. Overall a nice motel but not kept up.

不滿：住宿狀況
We walked in and we were greeted fairly quick, it was late and the attendant was sitting In the lobby. They were nice enough but then when we walked toward the elevator it reeked of Mary Jane. Ok no biggie just keep going … we step off the elevator and it smelled of dirty diapers. The room smelled a little moldy. The bathroom floor was dirty, a lamp by the bed was out, the door stop was broken, the window was so foggy like it isn’t sealed and the beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable. We woke up so many times. Pros room was really cold and fridge stayed really cold and the shower itself was clean. Probably would not stay again especially for the price.
