    Drive and park around back of the house. A well lit pathway up the stairs will lead to your entrance with a smart lock, you will be provided your personalized code at check in.

    Other things to note

    ➤ Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement per local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.

    ➤ Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs. Additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please be advised that, as part of our house rules, any dogs left unattended in the unit/house must be securely caged or crated.

    ➤ Security: For your security, there is one external doorbell camera at the front of the house that operates via motion detection.

    ➤ Shared Spaces: Your apartment is completely private. Please be mindful of other guests you may encounter in the shared building hallway.

    ➤ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. Please let us know if you need to check in at our usual 4 PM time, and we will do our best to accommodate.

    ➤Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) for your convenience upon arrival. These are not intended to last for your entire stay.

Visiting daughter at Elon

Property was nicely updated and very clean. It was also a five minute drive to my favorite breakfast spot in Graham…Press! It was just a little longer to Elon than expected and the kitchen wasn’t stocked very well. Response and communication with the renter was very quick when needed.

Clean, updated, quiet apartment in a comfortable residential neighborhood. Nice to have convenient parking, attractive decor, comfy huge couch in living room, and very comfortable beds and linens. We stayed here for family weekend at Elon University (18 minute drive). Several delicious, good value restaurants within a short drive. Check in was easy as could be- code on door. Check out responsibilities are minimal and reasonable. Communication with owner was just right- everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We had no issues, but if we had, I feel the owner would have been very responsive.

Cozy, Convenient Apartment

I loved staying in this apartment, and would definitely stay here again. The rooms are charmingly and thoughtfully decorated, and well supplied for an average traveler’s needs. All rooms have ceiling fans, which would be great in summer. Windows all around bring sunlight throughout the day, and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet and not far from I-40. This apartment is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs (outdoors) and doesn’t have a washer/dryer. These weren’t a problem for us, but are worth mentioning. Beds were a little firm but comfy overall, and the kitchen had the essentials, including a coffee maker with supplies to get started. The convenience to Graham, Burlington, and Mebane was great. Plus the owner was easy to reach and very responsive. So I’d definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here twice, in summer and winter, and both times were great. It’s easy to control the temperature and ceiling fans to keep the apartment comfortable. There’s a lot of light in the daytime which I love, and a huge deck with seating outside in the shade of nearby trees. Parking is easy, but guests should know the apartment is up a flight of stairs so this unit wouldn’t be appropriate for someone that might have trouble with stairs. And you might need to purchase some of your own amenities if staying more than a couple days, but we found Carlie C’s to be close and a good option and Walmart is also not too far. I really appreciated having a small ironing table and hair dryer, and the decor throughout is all very cute and fun. There’s no laundry though, so we did ours elsewhere. The walls are quite thin so you can hear the adjacent unit sometimes, but the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the unit (from the adjoining walls) and are very quiet. Lastly, the host is very responsive and helpful, and I’d stay here again if it was available.
