New Lakefront Condo

Gorgeous condo built in 2021 with stunning views of Possum Kingdom Lake. Located near shopping, restaurants and many activities including, hiking and biking trails, public beach and nearby marina that can help you with their many water activity rentals. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six, with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen bed and day bed/trundle in the second bedroom. While located on the second floor, there is an elevator and for guests to utilize. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym for guests to enjoy.

While we want you to enjoy your spectacular PK condo experience, there are rules that need to be listed, as this is a “family oriented” condominium.

You must use common sense and courtesy as it relates to other guest or owners using this facility. * No profanity, loud music, lewd behavior, large parties or activities that offend other owners/guests will be allowed. * A list of amenities, common area access codes, HOA rules and house rules is located on kitchen island in the condo.

** Violation of these rules could result in eviction, and no refund if rules are violated.

Great condo

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony and kids loved the pool/hot tub. Loved the wagon to help bring our things up to the condo and also had pool towels for us to use. Jeff was a great host and responded quickly when I had a question. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Condo as nice advertised. Well provisioned with everything one might need for a lake vacation (well, minus a boat!). Many small details were provided, such as plenty of coffee and a kitchen with all the cookwear necessary to feed a family. The laundry room and fitness center were major bonuses, as well as the condo's working gas grills by the clean pool. Terrific stay!

Great Vacation

This was a fantastic vacation. We really enjoyed the condo with all of its amenities. Located next to the dock for renting boats and WaveRunners. My grandsons really enjoyed fishing from the near by banks catching numerous fish. We will be doing this again.

Relaxing and rejuvenating

My daughter and I met friends from Houston here as it was about halfway for both of us. The property was beautiful, updated, and quiet. We were able to enjoy the pool/hot tub area and our balcony quite a bit. Hemmingway’s was a short walk from our room and was the perfect spot for dinner one of the evenings. We found the condo to be fully stocked with everything we needed (and more). Jeff gave us all of the info we needed ahead of time to check in and access the amenities and due to his thoroughness and foresight, we never had to ask him any questions while we were there. We hope to return one day!

Awesome location, amazing home

Location: right off the marina on PK lake and next to Hemingway's. The unit overlooks the pool area and the marina. There is a gated parking lot and an elevator. The fitness room is right next store. Although we didn't use it, there is a spa there as well. Unit: very nice, new, well-kept condo on the second floor. The beds are nice. You walk in and feel good. Everything was though of and well planned. We enjoyed the balcony a lot. The chairs are amazingly comfortable and view is serene. Check-in/checkout process: couldn't be easier. Lots of communication and ease of use. I would highly recommend this place. In fact, we will be back again soon.
