Infelizmente a estrutura do quarto tinha alguns problemas como vazamento no box e tampa do vaso meio solta. O hospital está com estrutura um pouco saturada, o café da manhã por exemplo tinha um espaço pequeno para o número de hóspedes. Outra questão um pouco trabalhosa é o acesso ao estacionamento que era uma entrada bem confusa de manobrar, esperava mais desse hotel.

O Laghetto Toscana hospeda confortavelmente uma família de 4 pessoas, pois tem quartos com 2 ambientes (um com 2 camas solteiro e outro com uma cama de casal), além de uma pequena cozinha e um bom banheiro, tudo sem grande luxo. Possui uma vista belíssima, porém o café da manhã poderia ser melhor, já que, apesar de muitos itens, falta sabor. Outro ponto a ser considerado é a localização, pois fica num local longe do centro de Gramado, mas conta com grande número de vagas de garagem.
