「As first I was a little skeptical about the location being in the middle of town and on the main street, but after staying I wouldn't hesitate coming back. You can park in the back yard with plenty area and close the gate behind you. The house must be well insulated because the road noise in nonexistent. 「The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great spot, close to restaurants, shops, and the universities. Easy check-in process.」

「The cabin has the bare minimum in the way of furniture, decor, linens, etc. A little bit more effort in making it more inviting and cozy would go a long way. There are no curtains or blinds, barely enough linens for the futon (which is counted as a bed), no utensils, nothing on the walls, no bedroom or closet door. It could be a very cute place with a little effort. 」

「We loved this property in Ruston, Louisiana! This was a new listing, so we didn't fully know what to expect since there were no prior reviews... A collective "Wow!" is what we said when we opened those doors!! :) We were having a homecoming reunion, so we rented both units (A and B). We were thrilled with the amount of space that provided us, and we loved the modern look and feel of the place! We will be pppp! Thanks to the host for everything! PJ」

「We booked this place as a place to stay during a baseball tournament. We ended up falling in love with the tranquility of it all. Secluded and quiet with views for days. The kids enjoyed fishing and spotting wildlife. Definitely the slow down we needed. Property was clean and well kept. House was perfectly cooled. And the water pressure was amazing. Was also delighted with the gas stove, seasonings and all the amenities provided. Owner answered quickly and made wonderful accommodations....

「This is year two of renting this property for the NFA Softball nationals. We rented this property for our coaches and the host and location are perfect for if you are attending the Ruston Sports complex events. I will be renting again in 2023.」

「Secluded and quiet but close enough to get to either Shreveport or Ruston. We rode up Hwy 519 to check Lake Claiborne and Homer. Then back down to Minden. Very scenic.」
