It was walking distance to the Alhambra. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and enthusiastic to extend their hospitality. The hotel itself is opulent and the interior design very detailed. Comfortable. The views of the city of Granada, by day and by night, were breathtaking.

It is a magnificent property. We had chateaubriand for dinner and it was amazing! The proximity to the Alhambra made access in the morning a breeze. It is also five minutes down the hill to the shops, etc. the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a five star experience!!

El personal es muy amable y el hotel en general es muy bonito, pero está un poco antiguo. El baño tiene bañera aún, los azulejos agrietados, moqueta en la habitación, un poco sucia y desteñida. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción que era muy ruidosa y no pudimos dormir. En general bien, pero la relación calidad-precio no es la correcta, 5 estrellas no lo merece.

The property is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful view of the town. Dinner was delicious with five star, white glove service. The staff was friendly and helpful; keeping our car close for our 7 am departure.
