This cosy apartment boats with a privileged location, in the heart of the city, right in Pescadería square a step from the Cathedral and close to many restaurants and shops. The location will give you the opportunity to enjoy the local life and get to all the city attractions in just a short walk.

Arrival time is from 14.30 to 21 pm. There is a 20€ extra charge for delayed arrivals.

Also, we can give you the instructions to do self-check in.

Departure time is 11 am unless there is no reservation for the following day.

The apartment is legally registered. Is mandatory to show ID by every guest older than 16 for the obligatory police registration. The denial of showing this documentation is sufficient reason for the automatic cancellation and the possibility of no refund.

The building is very quiet and there are only a few neighbors. It is strictly prohibited the celebration of bachelor parties or similar events.

Garbage: Every day from Monday to Saturday from 8 pm at the door of the building you can take the garbage out
