"Well located hotel with friendly helpful staff, good sized rooms with everthing you need. Building is quite old with lots of character & charm.Misunderstanding re vip status with hotels.com soon sorted out and full size bottle of complimentary fizz given, nice touch (especially as our next hotel in seville, a large 4 star hotel only gave us a mini size bottle between 2 of us!). Breakfast buffet is very good also & well worth extra cost (if not included in your room rate."
