The only negative, and it is out of the control of the owner is the noise. My wife and were woken up to loud noise from other tenant's throughout the night and early morning. “I was near Ft.Worth for a work seminar, and being from Dallas area, decided it would be nice to not drive back and forth each day. This was a delightful get away. Jane was so kind and helpful, before and during my visit. The grounds are even more lovely and peaceful in person.
