"Easy parking, easy checkin, spacious and clean room. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed! Cannot comment on breakfast- i slept late. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is pretty basic. Service is great, but facilities are poor in general. Food options very limited. When arrived I asked if my room had river view and I was told that it was not. Reason was that I made my reservation thru a 3rd party. I was not expecting that from a Hilton hotel."

"Ms Neketa Roy was so very sweet I asked if we could have some leftover bisques to take on drive home she said yes and delivered them to the door wit napkins butter and napkins You may not think this is nice but we do give her a 100% weenjoyedhereaswell as the rest of the staff we will be back and of course we will ask for room 104 or 102 We have a service dog and it was so very convenient to take her out the door and being disabled it was so nice to live on first floor and right by door to get to car right there. Thank you all so very much we loved it we will be back❤️"

"The gym there had no weights at all and the heating element was out in the pool which is the main reason we chose the hotel, So then it was too cold to actually use with Littles. I though I booked a suite with a cooking area, but all we had was a microwave. So if booking I recommend calling and making sure on all that.. I booked through Expedia and am not a super experienced traveler so I learned my lesson this time."

"Room was very clean with no complaints. Bed pillows a little too firm for my preference, but that’s just a personal preference. The outside maintenance could use improvement. Yard area where old concrete picnic tables were located had some debris on the ground, including an old sold can, and chunks of broken concrete on the ground from a broken concrete bench. This was very unsightly and should be removed and cleaned up, Also, one of the guest rooms facing the parking spots was left open the entire time I was there. You could see the occupants inside the entire time I was there until bedtime. To get from my car I had to walk directly in front of their open door while they were inside talking and clearly visible to all passersby. Several personal throwaway items were on the sidewalk in front of their open door, including ear plugs on a string, cellophane wrappers, and what have you. No effort for the guests to pick these up, and their conversations were very audible to passersby. A more private and better maintained exterior would be a big improvement to this much older property. "

Private, Lake-Front, Guest Suite on Lake Granbury, near downtown!

"The property is located on Lake Granbury. There are different outdoor seating areas for visitors to enjoy. The suite above the garage is just the right size for a couple. The temperature in the suite was very comfortable. The layout of the property is designed for people who are mobile. There are stairs going up to the suite and steps going down to the outdoor seating areas. It is well lit at night. I do recommend that you bring a smaller vehicle as parking is somewhat of a challenge. The concrete area is not large enough to effectively back up and go forward. Ultimately, we ended up, backing all the way down the fairly long driveway and into the street to leave the property. The host was very helpful and responded to all my questions in the very timely manner. The bed was very comfortable, but the couch was not."
