"Property was very clean and just the right size traveling with two toddlers and Grandparents. Short distance to Granby Ranch with a 4 year old was greatly appreciated. We took the Master and used the connecting bunks for our littles. Grandparents took the king room and watched our 18 month old while we hit the slopes. "We lived this property. Had all the cool ware you could need, clean and set up well. There were some unexpected charges due to waiving damages. I would encourage you to really look at the break down. The really big kicker was the hot tub was disgusting. It was brown water with a stench. There were two hot tubs on site but the other seemed unavailable to guests, as we weren’t given a code to get in the gate. The nasty hot tub had no gate code. "The host is great, he checked in to make sure everything was ok. He made sure my family had a great Christmas. My kid and grandkids another condo, but being on slope side we were able to sit on the balcony and watch them ski. They could ski up to us and we could toss them water and snacks and they were back skiing. The condo was great and the host was great. This is our 3rd to Granby, this condo was the best location."

"Bathroom garbage was not emptied. Old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Sheets for hide-a-bed were stuffed in the closet, not folded so we don’t know if they were laundered. No shampoo or soap in the baths as promised for our first night. It was nice enough but we had no confidence that the unit had been cleaned."
